① If the carbon equivalent of the heat analyse is not more than 0.47%, the Mn composition of the heat analyse can be more than 1.35%, but must less than 1.60%. In this case , the way of carbon equivalent is as the following : CE=C+Mn/6+(Cr+Mo+V)/5+(Ni+Cu)/15(%) . And if in this case, the Mn composition of the product analyse should be not more than 12% Mn composition of the heat analyse.

② 0.020% pure aluminium, or 0.015% acid aluminium
